Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after the delivery of your item to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with the original paperwork included. No exceptions. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. You are responsible for making sure the item is insured on its way back to us. To start a return, you can contact us at stubbornmulesilverco@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Other

If you have an address change, please email me ASAP. If I don’t see the email prior to shipping, your order will be sent to the address listed. 

If your package is lost, contact your local post office or go to https://www.usps.gov/help/claims.htm to file a claim. I cannot change anything other than the address once you have submitted your order.
